Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Pillow

  Place the pillow in its original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
